Bell MTS’s Privacy Code, which aligns with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronics Documents Act, ensures the protection of customer confidential information. In order to comply with our Privacy Code, Bell MTS cannot discuss a customer’s account with anyone other than the account holder or a person who has been personally authorized by the account holder. While many of our customers’ accounts identify other individuals who are authorized to make changes to their accounts, this authorization has not been provided in all cases.
